The Story:

The Water Capital, Arutomaare (Alto Mare), is said to be the most beautyful town in the world. There, Ash meets Pokémon possessing strange powers, Ratiosu  (Latios) and Ratiasu (Latias). The relationship between older brother Ratiosu and younger sister Ratiasu is very good, and together, they protect the treasure known as the "Soul Dew" in a hidden place in the town. This treasure has become the target of world-famous thieves Annie and Oakly (from Team Rocket). Ash and Pikachu get involved in the trouble caused by these criminal sisters. Due to the removal of a hidden jewel, the town faces disaster. How will Ash and Pikachu get through this crisis?
