• Answers by Pokemon Place Webmaster:

  • For Wait: No, only special events, sorry Wait.

  • For Teach: Sometimes it disables the changing ability, I found that sometimes when you mix records it enables it again. The way to catch Feebas can be found at http://www.thepokemonplace.com/layout.php?tpp=Pokemon_R_S_Cheats and it's cheat number 7. That is the only correct information about Feebas, the only way to catch is fishing rod and a lot of time and patience.

  • For JPS: I don't really know of any but I have heard about this "Pokemon Crater" which sounds kind of cool. If you are looking for just Pokemon games and not RPG things then try PokemonAholics Pokemon games list.

  • For Hamstarz: Ugh, just don't mess with a GS ball cheat in an English version of the game! The GS ball will only correctly work and is risk free in the Japanese game where it is meant to be. Don't try getting it on the English one, you will only fail and/or things will happen to your game.

  • For Matt: No one knows how you get the Old Sea Map in the US yet, so don't worry, the event hasn't happened yet!

• Nicolas asks:  In animated gifs under group pictures on page 3 at the bottom, i want to please, how do you tape a battle from gameboy onto the internet so clearly?

• Hamstarz's reply to the note: Yes, you can catch Celebi with a GS Ball, but you have to recieve it in an Nintendo Event, which is a REAL LIFE event NOT AN IN-GAME event. It's where the staff gives you the item that's needed to catch Celebi. In my last question reply, I forgot to mention about the GS Ball in Nintendo Events.

• Finding Articuno:  First of all, make sure you have an escape rope or a pokemon with dig. Go to the top-left hand cave on the Seafoam Islands. Head north-east (not up the steps) to a boulder. Go past the boulder and down the hole. Keep falling dwn the nearest hole until you fall into the rapids. Let them take you down the waterfall, and when you reach normal water go onto the steps. Do not go up the nearest ladder. Head left. Go straight down for an item ball, but turn left and go up a ladder to continue. Head up the steps an go around, avoiding the nearest ladder and going right at the fork, and down some steps.  If you are in the right place, you should see 3 boulders left of you. Firstly, go to the one farthest away from the steps you just came from and push it right, and number of squares.Then go to the one nearest the steps and push it up 2 squares. Go to the only boulder you haven't moved yet and push it in this pattern: down 1, left three and down 1 more into the hole. Follow these instructions directly. There is no other way.  If you follow the boulder down the hole, you should find that the water is calm. (Not particularly sure about this, you may have to find another boulder somewhere and get it down some other hole.) If it is, you should save now. Keep surfing up to a lone platform against the wall. Articuno is in plain view.  That's how to get Articuno, to the best of my knowledge. I hope people find this helpful!  by Anonymous

• Question by Wait:  I just recently bought pokemon fire red and am very close to fighting the elite four.is their any way to get island 8 and 9 without cheats or going to a special event. its pretty much impossible for me to go to a special event.

• Question by Teach:  How do I change the phrase from big hero to natural flowers?  I try and try but it just won't change.  What do I have to put in to make it change?  Why won't it change so I can catch FEEBAS?  Are there other ways to catch feebas than the ones on here I've tried them and they won't work.  What do I have to do to CATCH feebas where do I have to go to find him?

• In reply to a reply by Hamstarz:  What hamstarz said is NOT TRUE! Some people have gotten "teru-samas," the japanese name for GS ball! If you stand in front of celebis shrine and press a or use the ball or something, it'll appear. It's *legally* available in Japanes crystal, too! ----Does anyone have the complete info on this??

• In reply to a question: Celebi can NOT be caught in Pokemon Gold, Sliver or Crystal. There was rumors that in Crystal that you had to catch all the types of Unknown to catch Celebi, but it was proved false. You can only get Celebi if you use Gameshark or Action Replay codes.  Thanx Hamstarz!

• Eevee Girl asks:  Can you do two player in Pokemon Coliseum without using a game boy? You just get to use two game cube controllers?

• In reply to a question:  To get Snorunts in R/S/E, you have to surf north of Mossdeep, a litle east, until you come to the shoal cave. (twins are in front of the cave) Go to an innermost part filled with ice, where you will (rarely) find snorunt - thanx Hannah ThePokeMaster

• In response:  Latios, Latias, Grounden, Kygore, and Rayquaza you can get in Emerald, but the rest you have to use a nintendo event. (thanx everyone!)

• We have added two more pictures to our backgrounds/wallpapers page.  We now have 81. 

• We have also added in the hints area (in our Gameboy section), a braille code breaker for FireRed & Leaf Green.

• We have added some pictures to our Pokemon - The First Movie.

• We are changing our buttons to match our new look - please bear with us.  As they are done, they will be changed over. 

• I am still looking for pictures of :  Wallace (gym leader) & Rain badge, Mind Badge (Mossdeep gym), Winona (gym leader of Fortree city) & Feather badge

• Does anyone know what happened to Ultimate50.com?  Their toplist site doesn't want to come up...I'm trying to find out if it's temporary - or whether I should eliminate their links.

• We've added one more picture to our Fan Artwork area as well (now at 74).

• We've added 23 more animated gifs.  We are now at 1728.  New listings are as follows:  Mae (under Ash), Sabrina & Erika (under People), Munchlax (under Snorlax), and Other Members (under Team Rocket).

• We have added a Fan Fiction section to "OUR FAN PAGE".  We already have one story posted!

• The fans that was looking for how to find DIG in FireRed/Leaf Green - check the gameboy page - your answer is now posted!

• There is a fan looking the Braille codes from FireRed/Leaf Green game.

• As suggested by a fan, we have made a link for the Unown Dex.  It is a link on the gameboy page to a coloring page feature that we did on the unown.  It tells what each unown stand for.

•  We have also added in the hints area:  Hatching Eggs in Crystal, Rainbow Tickets in FireRed/Leaf Green, Crackcodes/Islands for FireRed/Leaf Green

• We have corrected our Pokemon: The First Movie page, and added some new information on Mew & The Wave Guiding Hero movie page.

• We have added a Comics page!  You can now read 2 stories direct out of the comics!  We will be adding the proper button on the side directory soon.

• I am looking for pictures of :  Wallace (gym leader) & Rain badge, Mind Badge (Mossdeep gym), Winona (gym leader of Fortree city) & Feather badge

• We have moved our Fan Art over to Photobucket...we can now add many many more...so submit some more!  We added our own work to the album, so we now total 73.

• We've added 226 more gifs today - whew, am I exhausted!  We now have a whopping total of 1705!!  

• In those new gifs, we have one new addition - Yanma!

• You can also note that the Pikachu gifs now have their own subdirectory where it will be able to find some of the more popular ones MUCH faster!
