Finding the Power Plant (1) by Waltons

Firstly you need 2 Pokemon that know the Hidden Machne (HM) Surf and Cut. Firstly go to the right of Cerulean City, where you will find a small tree you can cut down, after cutting it, progress through the trainers on the road until you come to a Pokemon Center near a stretch of water. When you arrive here, surf on the stretch of water downwards, then left, it is here that you will find the Power Plant, and catch the Legendary Zapdos.
